Our pre-order collections are made to order, meaning production begins specifically for your garment or handbag once your order has been placed and payment has been successfully processed. This approach allows us to maintain the highest standards of quality, precision, and exclusivity.

Please allow 4–6 weeks for your handbag and/or 2-3 weeks for your garment to be handcrafted, completed, and prepared for shipment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the estimated production timeframe of 4–6 weeks before shipment for handbags and/or 2-3 weeks for garments. While we strive to deliver every order as quickly as possible, production times may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of our products, quality assurance process, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Because every pre-order handbag orgarment is handcrafted exclusively for the individual customer, orders may only be canceled 24 hours after time and date of purchase,

Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded, as materials have been allocated and craftsmanship has commenced specifically for your piece.
