At this time, Tennyson D'von proudly ships to:

- All 50 United States

- U.S. Territories (where available)

- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses serving members of the United States Armed Forces

We do not currently offer international shipping. However, we are actively working toward expanding our global presence and look forward to serving our international customers in the future.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully authorized and verified.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.

During new collection launches, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Timeframes

Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are:

- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

- Expedited Shipping (when available): 1–3 business days

- APO/FPO/DPO Addresses: Delivery times vary based on military mail operations and destination.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can monitor your package throughout its journey.

Signature Confirmation

For the protection of our customers and the security of our luxury merchandise, Tennyson D'von may require signature confirmation on orders of significant value.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate before completing their purchase.

Tennyson D'von is not responsible for delays, additional shipping costs, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Tennyson D'von is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and work toward a resolution.

Future International Shipping
