5. Pre-Orders and Made-to-Order Products

Certain Tennyson D'von products may be available through pre-order.

Pre-order items are produced specifically for the customer after the order has been placed. Production begins after payment confirmation.

Customers acknowledge and agree that pre-order items require approximately 4–6 weeks for production and shipment.

Because these pieces are created exclusively for the individual customer, pre-orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once production has begun.

6. Shipping Policy

Tennyson D'von currently ships within:

- The United States

- U.S. Territories where available

- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

International shipping is not currently available. However, Tennyson D'von plans to expand international shipping opportunities in the future.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Tennyson D'von is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, carrier delays, weather conditions, or circumstances outside of our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to the Tennyson D'von Return Policy.

Eligible returns must meet all requirements outlined in our Return Policy, including the applicable return timeframe, product condition, and packaging requirements.

Tennyson D'von reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet our quality standards.
